3 Must Try Food around Oyado Shichifuku
1. Issen Yoshoku (10 mins by walk)
There is only one main menu here called "Issen Yoshoku", reminds me of Japanese pancake Okonomiyaki or a Takoyaki. I absolutely loved it! I could have finish 2 of them. =P
2. Gion Ishiya (7 mins by walk)
I tried the Roast beef bowl for lunch, very tasty! The soup broth is made with beef tale...!
3. Kyoto KatsuGyu (7 mins by walk)
Very popular Kyoto's original black wagyu beef katsu. Enjoy with wasabi soy! (There's more sauce options to enjoy!) They deep fry wagyu beef for only 60 seconds and that's the popular way to eat at this place.
6 Must See Spots around Oyado Shichifuku
1. Yasaka Shrine / Hokan-ji (5 mins by walk)
Yasaka Shrine once called Gion Shrine, is a Shinto Shrine in the Gion District of Kyoto Japan.
Hokan-ji is a only five-story pagoda of important Cultural Property of Japan.
This temple is a symbol of Higashiyama Yasaka.
2. Kiyomizu dera (5 mins by walk)
It was still under construction, but still a magnificent view. Probably the best Kyoto has to offer.
Enjoy the gates and status that are before the proper temple itself.
3. Ninenzaka (5 mins by walk)
It was named when this slope was maintained in year of 807. Because this slope is located just down the San-nen zaka, 3 year slope. ⇓ My mini sister @iamriririri
There is a myth that if you fall down in Ninen-zaka, you will die in 2 years.
It is a message for people to take special care not to fall down on stone steps and slope...
4. Fushimi Inari Shrine (17 mins by car)
The shrine sits at the base of a mountain also named Inari which is 233 metres above sea level, and includes trails up the mountain to many smaller shrines which span 4 kilometers and takes approximately 2 hours to walk up.
