Only a few mins away from Palm Hill Resort! It is very pretty restaurant. Highly recommend to my friends! Everything was so delicious, my favorite was a padthai!
There was a lights out during our dinner and sorry couldn't take a picture of it but it definitely made it to my top 2 in my life time! Thai Resort view
The entire resort was very quiet and felt so cozy. Natural greens smelt very clean and fresh, you can enjoy many kinds of birds singing!
Room view
We stayed in a pool view rooms.
All rooms were very big and had large closet that you can hide the suitcase inside. Great access to the pool and I love this type of room! The AC and shower worked nice! WiFi available in the lobby area / breakfast area and some of the rooms closer to the lobby!

Welcome back to my daily blog! Well not really a daily blog my last update was days ago, was busy eating holiday family food... (*_*)/ It is raining in Vancouver today and pretty cold... What is the weather is like over there?
I am at coffee shop and making today's blog! =) Some of you may know I have been to Thailand recently and met up with my Japanese best friend in Bangkok. She got me this brand new Japanese skin care product BioMedi. Hot brand new product in Japan right now.
It will prepare the skin flora.![]()
I recommend using one push after cleaning your face in the morning, before putting make up on.
and two push at night after shower, before going to bed. I have looked this product online, to ship over seas, this link is the only one you can order. They didn't have it on Amazon US / Canada. Amazon JP has this product though! More about this product hit this link! Follow their - Facebook page

Welcome back to my blog everyone!
Today I am going to talk bout this photoshoot I did with beautiful Jennifer Nguyen last weekend. It's been a while I did photoshoot with Jen, she is back in Canada from Asia and it was our first time in long time shoot. I have't done any photoshoot since Thailand project, then I was very busy with my upcoming projects and editing videos etc. I was nervous at the beginning of the shoot but Jen made me feel comfortable hehehe she always will! Also amazing lady @genevievestudio did beautiful job getting my face done! I mean make up! So on point! Usually I don't really like getting make up done by someone else, because some people don't get the best arch of the eye brows, balances, eye make up etc. but this time I really loved it!! Thank you for great work! Watch the full blog on YouTube I just posted! Link is down below! https://youtu.be/3Dk_DaE-AoQ

Welcome back to my daily blog! Today I am going to blog about my story of moving to Canada from Tokyo. I have been getting lots questions so I'm going to answer here. :)
|
Where am I from?
Some of you may already know, I am full Japanese who came to Canada almost 10 years ago from Tokyo Japan. I grew up on the country side of Tokyo.
I used to watch foreign movies every Sunday with my dad. As I am growing older I started to think "One day I want to understand English watching movies without subtitle." to "I want to experience the life over seas! ".
At age 13, I joined "Penpal" which you can find a teenage students overseas who are interested in to Japanese cultures and wrote a letter to each other. I made a few penpal friends in Australia and Newzealand, it was something I felt so excited about. Sometime we exchanged stickers and I was always happy to see all those cute foreign stickers!! I wasn't very good at reading and writing at the time yet I spent lots time to understand their up to date stories and exchanging our cute stickers and stamps etc.

Convince parents to travel alone.
After graduating high school in Tokyo, I got a job at JA bank. ( Japan Agricultural Cooperatives ). My parents were very happy that I got this most stable job in Japan at the time and my friends were overwhelmed. At JA bank, I became a bank teller, handled tax business, and unexpectedly I was an insurance solicitor as well. I had to think how I can convice my parents to let me travel alone...
I worked hard and saved up around $25,000 in few years, shared my plan, lots of back up reserch on the benefits of travelling and working abroad, and shared exampled of other family friend's children who have traveled on their own, and most importantly, didn't give up on my dream.
On the day I said "See you again!" to my family at Narita airport, I saw my dad was tearing up.

Living in a different county is a pretty big thing. Many people have told me they feel more afraid to try new things or making big changes in life but somehow I wasn't like that. It actually brings me into life.
Life in Canada
I have started my Canada life at home stay. They took me to many places, served me a delicious chinese food everyday. It was my very first time living in someone elses house, but yet I felt very cosy.
My first job ever in Canada was "Tim Hortons". The Canada's well known coffee & donuts shop. Don't ask me why I gained 8lbs working there within half year. haha! Their coffee and donuts are pretty good! Working at cafe is something I wanted to try at least once in life and I did it!

Another Life Starts
Of course I didn't only work at Tim Hortons for last 10 years. Only If did then I would probably gained 84lbs by now. lol
After I tried working as retail associate and school receptionist,
I settled at this restaurant job for a while as a server and I loved it.
There is no "Tip" system in Japan and service style were whole different. I have learned how important to pay tips to servers! If you don't then they will remember your face forever Hahaha
At the same time, I got an opportunity to go to this photoshoot as a model in the city. I was very nervous to try this thing even though I had some experience back in Japan when I was a teenager.
I went to a shoot with my good friend so we could get more comfortable while we were there. It turned out very fun and something I really liked it. Getting professional photos done, I looked definetery better in photos cuz of the photographer's skill haha!
After awhile, I posted some photos on Facebook then my modeling photos went viral. My Facebook account wasn't private, so more people could see them and liked and started to share...
I started to get more opportunities for modeling, import modeling, TV and movie gigs, Music video, Magazine shoots, live trade shows, and hosting an events etc. I never thought I would be getting into this industry. I was very insecure because I didn't have much self confidence. I was concerned what people might think of me or judge me by one photo. and when I stopped worrying aobut others, and only focused myself.
I am so proud myself to have all the people who supported me in this career I unexpectedly started to.
and my life in Canada is still getting more excitment and fulfilling because I got all your support and love! Watch my journey through my social media! =)
I will be making "10 tips! How to become social media model" blog very soon!
Thank you for reading my blog, I will try to reply comments on here!
